Refunds for early departures or reservation modifications are subject to hotel discretion and availability.

Shortening a stay after check-in may result in partial refunds or no refunds, depending on the booking terms.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank policies.

6. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refund policies may be adjusted at the hotel’s discretion.
